Student files are not left in an unlocked vehicle or left in a vehicle overnight. The information is not shared beyond the instructor/Data Controller. f) Dash cam video recording is used on a loop system and records out-of-car video footage (not the driver), however in-car sound information (eg. voices, use of a signal indicator) may be recorded. A sign is displayed on the car to inform recording is in operation for the purpose of accident insurance support and security. Your privacy rights can be explained to you during your tuition.
